I really love the integrated questionnaire feature of Essencion!

For me, customer relations are key. At least once a month I want to get feedback of our customers on how they feel we are performing on the work we do for them. Since we use the Essencion questionnaire feature this became a piece of cake.

My favourite feature? Definitely the meeting minutes feature of Essencion.

A proper follow-up of meetings starts with decent meeting minutes. In Essencion I can create in an easy way meeting minutes and share them in a click with all stakeholders. Comments and remarks can be added in the feedback section of the meeting minutes.

For me this is crystal clear! The feature I love is the project overview dashboard in Essencion.

As a director software development, I need to follow-up and manage many projects at the same time.  The Essencion project overview gives me direct access to all my project data, KPIs, documentation and information at one place.

The Lienion feature that makes my work easy is the ‘Adding a sales task’ in Inginion.

As a lead generator manager, I am on the phone most of my day calling potential customers.  And in many cases a call results in a sales task I need to handle in future. With the ‘Add a sales task’ feature of Inginion I can add sales tasks in an instance.

I have many favourite Lienion features. The target list creation in Inginion is one of them.

Focus is very important in my job as sales representative. In my company we have a sales database with more than 10.000 prospects. With the target list creation of Inginion I can really focus on a selected list of prospects in a structured way.

My favourite Lienion feature is the fact that I can easily follow-up my sales team in Inginion.

I have many account managers in my team. They all work on multiple customers, have prospection and target lists. With Inginion I can select with one click a team member and see his/her sales activities.

The release calendar of Releasion is one of my favourite features.

As a director product management of a tech company, I am responsible for many technology products. Thanks to the release calendar in Releasion showing all planned releases in a handy overview, I can follow-up the product releases my teams will execute.

One of my favourite features is the backlog management of Releasion.

I am a scrum master and I need to keep track of all user stories that still need to be done on sprint but also project or product level. The backlog management of Releasion on sprint and project (product) level really helps me in doing so.

One of my favourites as a project manager is the automatic release notes creation in Releasion.

Many project managers know the feeling. You work with your team on launching that next release in time. And you succeed! But then you still need to create the release notes to inform all stakeholders …  The automatic release notes creation of Releasion does it for you.

My favourite feature is the validator feature of Sequencion.

I am responsible for supervising the quality of our repair services. The validator feature of Sequencion gives me a perfect way to follow-up the validation of each step of our repair services. Since we use this, our customer satisfaction increased with 85%!

It might sound strange, but my favourite feature is the printing of sequences in Sequencion.

I am a field engineer, and in my company this means that I am really working in the field and often in conditions where a laptop or tablet is not so handy. Having a printed version of the sequence I need to follow is really handy in such conditions.

What I love the most are definitely the checklists of Sequencion.

As a service technician I install all kind of electrical devices like aircos, heating systems, …  For each installation my company made a checklist (sequence) in Sequencion. Thanks to these checklists I never forget a step in the installation and quality check process.

One of the features of Lienion I love the most is the quiz feature of Shoution.

As a team lead development, I use this quiz feature to challenge and increase the knowledge and skill building of my team members. Every 2 weeks I organise a quiz focused on another topic (e.g. security, coding standards, …). And my team loves it!

My favourite Lienion app? That’s easy … it is Shoution!

I started working for my company in March 2020. Rings a bell? Indeed, the first Covid-19 lock down. I worked for 2 weeks in the office and since then I am working from home. Thanks to the Shoution app I was able to connect with many of my colleagues in different countries.

My favourite Lienion feature is absolutely the ‘posting a shout’ feature of Shoution.

As an HR assistant I regularly need to send all kind of information to our employees or to one or more departments or teams. In the past I sent this information via email, now I am using Shoution, which is much more efficient. It goes faster and the impact is much higher.

My favourite Lienion feature? Requesting a holiday in Tempion.

Since we use Lienion, requesting a holiday really became easy. In a few clicks it is done. What a difference with the ‘before Lienion time’ where I needed to complete a kind of form in Excel, save it and mail it to my manager with HR in cc …

Without a doubt, my favourite is the QR code scanning of todos when creating timesheets.

As a technical field operator, I work daily on many todos at different locations. I arrive at a customer, scan the QR code of the todo I will be working on with the Tempion app, and automatically it is added to my timesheets. Love it!

I love the Niko Niko updates of Tempion.

As a CEO of a company with almost 500 employees in 5 countries, the Niko Niko mood updates give me a daily impression of the overall well-being of my employees. Extremely important, especially when many work from home.

One of my favourite Lienion features is the test plan overview in Testcasion.

As a senior test lead of a software development company, I am responsible for the testing of several development projects. With the test plan overview of Testcasion I get a clear overview of the status of each ongoing or executed test plan.

My favourite Lienion feature? The test suite templates in Testcasion.

I am a testing and quality manager and I need to handle several quality tests every week. We created in our company several test suite templates. And when I prepare a quality test, I mostly start from one of these pre-made test suite templates, saving me lots of time.

Creating a test case in Testcasion is one of my favourite features.

Yes I know, this might be a silly favourite feature, but as a junior test engineer this feature really helps me creating proper test cases. The clear structure and the information that needs to be added ensure that I do not forget anything.

The feature that makes my life easy is absolutely the central user management of Lienion.

I am an infrastructure assistant and in my company this includes managing the software access and software permission rights of my colleagues. In Lienion this is really easy thanks to the central user management for all Lienion apps.

My favourite one? Multiple apps on one platform!

In the past we used several apps of different suppliers which was not easy to manage. With Lienion we have now even more apps and all on one platform, seamlessly integrated with each other. A real cost saving and efficiency increase.

I love the digital post-it (notes) feature of Lienion.

As a business development manager, I am travelling a lot. But I am also an intensive post-it user. And travelling a lot and using post-its is not always an easy combination. The post-it (notes) feature of Lienion allows me to manage all my post-its in a digital way.

I love many features of Lienion but if I need to choose one, it is the feedback feature in Todosion.

Why? As a senior marketeer I follow-up the creation of lots of marketing materials involving colleagues and marketing agencies. With the feedback feature I can give and follow-up all feedback in a traceable and transparent way.

I really depend on the 'My personal planning' feature in Todosion.

I am working in a team of several app developers and we really depend on each other's progress. Meeting deadlines is key. So, it is crucial that I manage my work. To do so, I add my todos to my personal planning in Todosion.

I love the ‘Todos added by me’ feature in Todosion. And there is a simple reason for it.

As a finance director I am assigning many todos to me team members. With the ‘Todos added by me’ feature I can see in an instance the status of the work I delegated. And I never forget that I assigned work (which happened in the past often when I sent tasks via email).

Interacting directly with my trainers in Trenion is one of my preferred features!

Following training and acquiring knowledge is key in my career plan. I recently started as a junior consultant, so I still have a lot to learn. Thanks to Trenion in combination with Shoution I can really interact with my trainers, before and after the training session.
